With 20+ years of experience across enterprise technology, immersive experiences, AI-led platforms and digital transformation, Aatish Motipara has built his journey around one belief: technology should move from idea to impact.
In 2006, he started his own venture and laid the foundation for what has grown into the Cactus ecosystem. Today, in 2026, he leads five different companies working across AI, Digital Twin, XR, enterprise platforms, exhibitions and customer experience technology.
Backed by a team of around 100+ people, the ecosystem now has presence across seven countries: India, USA, Canada, Australia, Oman, Dubai and Congo. Aatish continues to help organizations convert bold ideas into real systems that are practical, scalable and built for measurable business outcomes.
